    Cycle for 10 minutes to a trail, then hike for 10 minutes at a brisk pace. I did this in Karnataka—my legs and heart loved it! Repeat 2 times, enjoying the scenery.
  • Nature Sprint Intervals
    Find a flat path, cycle at a sprint for 30 seconds, then slow for 1 minute. Repeat 5 times. I used this in Delhi’s parks—it’s a cardio burner! Rest 2 minutes between sets if needed.
  • Hill Ride and Stretch
